Surety...pls help

Respected Sir/Madam

I wanted to know....what actions can be taken against the surety in case the accused does not appear in court on a given date???.....and will the fixed amount deposited with the court be forfeited??...and will the surety be liable for any other amount???

The court will issue notice to surity to appear and produce the accused.

The surity has to produce the accused otherwise amount of surity shall be forfieted.

in case of absence of the accused from the court on a given date pf hearing, the surety will be asked by the court to produce the accused or face forfeiture of the amount.
