If an employee is supposed to give notice before resigning the job and if it does not find mentioned in the resignation letter, it is implied that he is giving a notice as per terms of the contract. therefore if he is released immediately he is entitiled for notice pay.

Learned Mr.Thukral has given valuable advice. Kindly follow it.

Hr has an important role to play and one of it to guide the employer/promoters properly and inculcate good HR practices in the company and thus build the company amongst one of the most sought after in the industry on the strength of its good HR practices.

“pls relive me “ does not imply resigning with immediate effect.

If you accept resignation w.e.f. a date before end of notice period you should gracefully tender notice pay for the balance period of notice.

If you accept resignation before end of notice period employee can agitate and term your action as illegal as he shall be rendered jobless and without any source of livelihood.
