Hi,
Sirs I booked one flat in Badlapur , thane district of Maharashtra a year ago...
but their is some difficulty ,as it is not yet constructed or some of the illegal issue builder is not get permission to do construction on part of land of (co-operative housing society)Plan is of seven buildings other six building construction is underway .but still no construction.of building in which we booked flat..
..we were told during booking that possesion will be arround may-2013,
when i asked for the same...they said it will start soon or after month.....but no confirm answer....
Please suggest , what to do in this scenario.........
