Banned from practicing ,a lawyer is fighting case against me

My wife's sister and her husband both are Advocates. Wife's sister is fighting all the cases against me (498a,DV,RCR etc). But wife sister's husband can no longer practice and i have the order by Delhi High Court in which he has been banned from practicing in any court of india.
Still I and my lawyer found him arguing a case against me along with wife's sister and on pressurising by my lawer to our utter shock he even signed the VAKALATNAMA as an advocate in front of the judge and carried on arguing.
After that when we got a copy of that same VAKALATNAMA he had already cut down "ADVOCATE" by pen and written "WITNESS" in place of that and the cutting is quite clear too.
Now here  I, my lawyer and the judge himself is among the witnesses of his forgery.  How can it be helpful  in my case? What can i do now against him?

File a complaint before the bar council.

Are the complaints generally heard in the BAR COUNCIL?

In such a case what is the procedure to obtain the comments/witness of the magistrate in whose court it has happened?

The vakalatnama has been signed in the presence of magistrate in whose court the objection was raised? On asking by the same magistrate vakalatnama has been signed in the court and is submitted to magistrate.

How can overwriting {advocate to witness] be allowed on a document which has been signed?

What is the procedure to obtain comments/witness of the magistrate on all of the incidences?

Can BAR ask the magistrate to submit a statement?

Valuable advice of learned experts/members is sought.

Dont stay quiet...U shud send letters thru some proper advocate to that court's prinicpal judge, local bar council,  state bar council ...Courts have to react and accept what is legal....

I feel last option is involve print media....Nowdays print media is more effective in faster justice but use that tool at the last stage....U can also police support by filing an FIR but all this requires a support of a good advocate who is extremely knowledgeable but equally difficult to get good lawyers who will raise their voices openly against their own community.
