Dear Ramli

Your client can give POA for the specified tasks, Kindly refer S.32 & 33 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908.

Hi Ramli,

Your Client can give POA to any person in India.

The said POA should be notarised there...

Along with Registration Act which is suggested... I would also like to drew your attention to Section 18 of Stamp Act... many persons forgets to stamp the same in India after getting it from the foreign country...

Hope i have made the matter clear...

Thanks and Regards...
