How to make Zero maintenance in 125crpc?
Already my savings after my own expenditure(like rent,medical bills etc) is near to Zero. No bank balance. No property.
She is well qualified having proffesional degrees but not working at present.
I want to know what are the delay tactics of maintenance? Suppose she will be alloted rs 1500 maintenance can I take stay order on that till what time in general stay order remain in HC.
In last if I don't have money to pay her accumalated amount how Court will give her maintenance and how that accumalated amount waived off after going jail for 1 month? Already I have jail facility experience in 498a.
