1. First a party shall press for Perjury proceedings.
2. Whoever intentionally gives false evidence in any stage of a judicial proceeding, or fabricates false evidence for the purpose of being used in any stage of a judicial proceeding, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to 7 years, and shall also be liable to fine; and whoever intentionally gives or fabricates false evidence in any other case, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to 3 years, and shall also be liable to fine.
3. The end result in reference to context if para 1 is pressed and para 2 is next proceeding matter then very soon some sort of compromise (as in divorce / withdrawal as in quash of Crl. proceedings) happens between parties.
So think about it and plan accordingly.

What if lawyer only files affidavit in high court for such information one has about other party.....?
Should one insist on filing on prejury...?
