Hi,
Me and my wife applied for mutual consent and we have a baby. In mutual consent, I am giving a huge sum of amount as final settlement for both wife and the child. Currently there is no property in my name. In future, after mutual consent, If I buy any property how could I avoid rights for the divorced wife and the baby of first wife. what are the precautions I have to take.
