Sir wife lodged an FIR on 17/09/11.
Took back by giving an affidavit at PS on 02/10/11.
Police submitted FR & xpunz report to the court on 07/10/11.
Court sent summons to wife but she did not receive by giving bribe to policeman.
Now if husband approaches to the High court Lucknow, what can be done-
1. should he file quesh petition? (what is possible success rate? & evidance submission required or not?)
2. should he pray for FR & xpunz report acceptance and closing of case? (what is possible success rate?)
All this should be done in a manner that wife remain anaware about it, because if she came to know she may file protest petition against that FR & Xpunz report.
