Uk visa

need help

one of my friend who is a single mother and her son major wants to travel to UK, but the visa requirement is that they need the sign of the father

they are not divorce but not staying together

they are not on talking terms and not able to get the letter

is there any way out

Better consult a travel agent for the same.

I guess a NoC from father would suffice or she would require a court order.
