As reported in the news media, it is certainly an eye opener for those Indians who dream about marrying NRI women abroad. As far as misusing the gender biased laws, in my opinion, the women either in India or abroad of Indian Origin have the same sadist mentality to harass and torture their husbands and his relatives, when will these cruel women realise their mistakes(?)

it is very strange to hear a very astonished by her own wife to such a horrible fate of her husband even after a child is born without thinking what is her fate after all this is happened
may be the laws are strict for Domestic violence but thinking of an NRI being targatted is really amazed
