Respect Lawyers
We had a case on land .we won the case we got judgement that other party not eligible for this property . After Some days we went to VRO to take passbook .He said he got notice from opposition lawyer not to issue passbook they are going to appeal it .
From then onwards we are applying for passbook they are rejecting it.
By any chance is there is any way to get passbook . just we got notice before one year still now case number is not generated .we came to know that stay cannot given if case won on lower court .On what reason they are not giving my passbook.
we spoke to MRO also .but no use just simply saying we got notice we cant issue passbook.
I request you please give the possible ways to issue passbook
