Divorce proceeding after winning 498a

why not my friend? she will file a divorce on the ground of mental cruelty. the win of 498A will be an extra support for her ground. she will get a divorce as soon as possible.

After winning 498A, immediately husband will be put in prison. As wife is filing divorce petition,it's more like contested divorce based on cruelty. However, the husband can not come to court for hearing as he is under imprisonment. In this case, please let me know how this divorce petition will be moved further in favour to wife.

Without the presence of husband, does wife get divorce easily?
