Encumberance certificate

How to get encumerence certificate in bangalore?what are the associated charges/required documents for the same?how much time will it take to get it if we apply today?

most of the states implemented E-Seva service.  if it is in your state, apply through E-seva, by giving Survey number, extent,, boundaries, name of the village where property is situated and the period from which year you want. like that if the property is residential/commercial buildings door no, ward no, block no., boudaries, etc.... then you can get EC within two days if it is otherwise in order.

In bangalore, is it that we have to get EC from relevant sub registrar office only? is there any other place from where we can get it?what are the charges for getting the same in bangalore?

get from relevant tehsildar office or from internet also you can get.

I could not find any online link for applying the same in Bangalore. Can somebody share me the same?
