i am not in touch with her since our separation.

She complained to SSP and then withdrawn that complaint after 3 weeks herself.

now can she again sent complaint to police ?

Hi kush you need to firs tignore this all and if she cant stop here than you plz give applicaton to ,local police station regarding this false application giving by your wife and consider your application...

coz you live seprate to her and other side you file case in court for divorce its best for you

thanks

in her first complaint to police she complained that we beat her often (no reason was mentioned), we keep her starved, we force her to work like servant. There was no complaint of dowry etc. that complaint was withdrawn by her.

after that in every new complaint she lodged, she added new allegations, and she goes on improving every complaint (clearly after thought)

i have never contacted her since our separation nov 2015.

every new complaint is clearly abuse of process of law?

please sugggest should i write a letter to police informing them about my situation (just a letter, not complaint)

Your wife seems to be confused , impatient and may be changing lawyers.......

You have ignored her from nov 2015 , she is looking for a revenge, she wants you to surrender and fall at her feet. WHen one strategy does not work she tries another one quickly.

My suggestion is stay calm and Fight cases on merits.

False cases loose their charm in a years time and then tables turn around. Truth is time bound !!!

Continue igoring her , the more you react the more she will pester you !! You concentrate on interim mainteance stage now and look at grounds to deny/ reduce her maintenance.

you are right, they r really confused. i hv never contacted her, but once she tried to contact me in march, but i ignored.

actually they want that i should pay them huge alimony (one time settlement) and should approach them for MCD

No need to pay huge alimony. Let her file false case. Without evidence case will fail automatically . File divorce on cruelty basis. If you win your divorce case then cases on you will go in cool bag automatically. Or wait after sometimes she will agree mcd on your terms and conditions.

Do not close the doors for MCD on reasonable/decent settlement terms . Its best option to remove the headache from your life forever thereby saving precious years of your career/life roaming around courts.

I am open for reasonable alimony. But they are demanding 50 lacs and a residential plot or property . Without plot they r demanding 90 lacs This is absurd.. The marriage was absolutely simple
