Whether decision over ruled by supreme court

Kindly inform me if the decision reported in AIR-2005 Supreme Court: Janki Bhojwani Vs Indusind Bank has been over ruled by the Supreme Court in another case.

I think you are rfering to Janaki Vashdeo Bhokjwani case, regrding Order 3 rule 1 & 2: Yes there is another decision A.C.Naryanan Vs State of Maharasthranr and Anr 2007: but which is in different context, without any serious conflicts.
