Where to lodge a plaint the court? In the office of the court or direct to the Magistrate if I have fight my own case

Plaint can be lodged in the concerned office of the court registry. In case of private complaint also concerned court's office registry you can file  a Private  criminal compalint.in  the  appropriate Magistrate court registry.  You can take the services of a clerk to do this type of work.If you appreciate this  answer please click the thnak you button onthis forum.

You draft your petition, affix court fees on it and deposit it on the window in court where fresh cases are logged, 

as you mentioned that you are representing your own case . Attach a applicatin of self representation along that petition .

Next day you need to go again on that window to check which magistrate is going to hear your case.
