Origional documents in cheque bounce case

A criminal complaint is filed with photocopies of the original documents by the complainant and notice is issued by the court.

However none of the documents have been verified from the originals and hence no such remark on these copies.

what is the remedy for the accused.

Accused has to file application under Section 145 (2) NI Act for producing the witnesses after summoning the accused.  Once complainant comes in witness box, the accused should demand for the originals when documents are exhibited.  If the complainant fails todo so, it  leads to non-proving of documents and the case will fall flat.
