first wife rights on property

My mother living separately from her husband since 12 years.but not divorced.she have 2 major children's. My father got second marriage in 2005 and 2 children's with second wife. 1.what is the first wife rights on husband's self acquired property and husband's ancestral property ? Please explain . 2.what is share of first wife children's in ancestral property. ? 3. Illegal second wife's children are legally get ancestral property ? Plz explain... Thank you

After sad demise of your father, his second wife is legally not entitled to get any share in his self acquired and ancestral properties but ,along with first wife and her children ,second wife's children are also have a right to claim their share.

He didn't want to give self acquired and ancestral property to his first wife.can my mother file a case to get self acquired and ancestral property ? My mother have a right in ancestral ?
