Registration of dhaba and trade license

Dear Friends,

I need to get Registration of a Dhaba under Karnataka Shop and Establishment Act and also Trade License.

Please kindly let me know whether we can do it online .

Also please provide the checklist for documents required.

I think we can register online in Dept of Labour Karnataka.

But do we need to visit the department personally?
