Whether it is 60 days or 90 days, how does it matter now, when it is more than 1 year from the date of decree of divorce which you say is 12 jan2017?

One has to file appeal before high court within 90 from the date of judgement of court. You may file delay condonation if there is any delay.

90 days is the period of appeal against any order/decree passed by the District Family Court in the main matrimonial petition. The High Court will entertain such appeal.

Even if time is lapsed, provided other party has not remarried, appeal can be made in appellate court. How to convince the court depends on advocates skills.
