Cheating and forgery case

Sir
I am written a bank voucher and cheque which is 1000000 amount two cheques by requesting my neibhour which is already sighned and stamped empty cheques, but that cheques he was theft from a registered society and forgery the sign and stamp.
Due to respect upon him i am written account number,name and amount account payee two cheques in my hand writing.
After that he was trying to withdraw amount, but bank suspect and inform the society,
then the society given complaint to the near police station,
ps file forgery and cheating case upon 4 members including me.
here i am the a4 accused along with a1,a2,a3.
i am not known the case even after 8 days filing case in ps.
My nighbour repeatedly called me and ask to come police station regarding the case. after i went to police station then i knew i am a4 accused in that case.
Now my question is i am written voucher and account number in the cheques,is it any legal procecution against me in the court and do i did any mistake writing cheques.

Better get in touch with a local lawyer and take appropriate steps, before it becomes too late.

In criminal case FIR is base, first of all i want to see FIR, charget sheet filing time is 90 days, but police can also file supplementary charge sheet.
Evidence and punishment is a matter of trial. During investigation period it can not be said whether the accused shall be convicted or acquitted on the basis of available witnesses.

Every payment for a society has to be in accordance with clearly stipulated bye laws. A cheque has to be processed after lot of entries. I have never come across any instances of blank writing, in good faith, trust etc., while performing in some other capacity in a society. As suggested contact Advocate.
