Cheque bounce

hi all, i have a case under section 138 negotiable instrument act. i m complainant. the accused is not turning upto the court warrant has been issued twice and later accused has recalled the warrant. despite of recalling she is not attending and judge imposed dispense 313. today 31st may 2018 being the judgement day accused have filed an application for argument and our advocate will be filing objection and case has gone to 6th june 2018. is there any acts that would take this case on fast track or can this be taken to the settlement or anything better..
