Solution for getting re married

I did a court marriage in chennai in august 2014 at marriage registrar's house,but wen we reached india the boy's fmly was not aware of this fact..we did not stayed together even aftr marriage even for a single day he never took any initiative to stay together.nd the boy's irresponsible nd carelesd behaviour,pressure from his fmly,daily drinking alcohol habits,being cruel nd using abusive language,hvng an extra affair made me to leave him.but we r not separated legally..can i marry another guy without getting annulment of ths marriage..please suggest wat should i do?
