my father has given ₹200000 to his friend, my father expired on 20/04/2018 and he tells he has returned all Money.
my father took 2 cheque and signature on animent paper.
what to do ?

If that person has returned the money to your father through cheque then just check his Bank statement, you will be able to come to know, else and how was the money paid by your father, through cheque or cash, is there any document in written. I need information to answer to guide you properly.
