About my fixed deposits

I have a joint account with my daughter and have fixed deposited of 4 lakhs in it. My daughter want to get the deposit money as she is the first holder. She make a case in a court where amount not more than 60 thousand can be solved. But as my amount is 4 lakhs this case is not going to solve there. Bank ask me the court order to give me the full amount. I am a senior citizen and do not have any relation with my daughter who is married also. Please guide me how will I get back my money.
