Arrange some money or cancel deal and take your money back.
Registration of sale deed is very important

Since you have already paid for the property, and is only short of money for getting it Registered, I think if you approach any Bank, they will give loan to the extent of Registration Charges. You can repay the loan in easy instalments.
Just an idea to overcome your present situation.
