Query on partnership registration

Sir,

I and my partner have a notarised agreement of partnership which not registered before registrar of firms

Can i sue one of my clients for recovery of money on basis of notarised partnership agreement ?? 

If no, can i register now and sue him for recovery of money???

No.  Now the partners shall execute a fresh Partnership deed and mention the date of commencement of business on which the date it was commenced and file before the Registrar of Firms.  However consult local Registrar for remaing as some amendments and rules varies one Sate to other State.

Can i register now and sue my client for a debt when the firm was unregistered??...

First consult local Registrar of Firms regarding registratio of Firm.  If possible to Register at Gujarat State, then sue.
