Suit filed by builder

I am a resident in society of 200 flats.
East side of society compound is a barren land. Yesterday builder gave 12 residents of society notice from court that we 12 people along with our supporters were building wall on East side and beaten workers of Builder when they tried to stop us.

Court in notice asked us to present on a date otherwise decision will be in favour of builder.

We all 12 are innocent.

Please tell what to do.
