Hello experts,
is there any chance where interim maintenance can be reduced further after appealing the decision of lower court into High court in case marriage annulment under HMA?
(Only because Husaband earns more, should not be only reason to award high interim maintenance.
wife is qualified , without children and case has all solid supporting documents to prove marriage annulment against wife.)
if we challenge the lower court decision, will that delay "main case"? how to overcome this situation?
as with high maintenance wife will enjoy compensation and will try to delay the case as much she can.
Any advise please?
