As the expression  Purcahser shall include legal heirs/ executors/ assigns/ administrators etc..

So its implied that word purchaser means legal heirs/executors/assigns...?

While we make an agreement we mention therein that the buyer includes its legal heirs,asignees, etc.

Now in your case you need to read the agreement and while going through the document you can find the reply. However you need to produce sucession certificat to show that the heirs stepped in the sheos of the deceased

i read the agreement , it just says purchaser/alottee..it doesnt read buyer includes legal heirs, assignees etc..

can sale agreement be appended to add legal heirs? or will succession certificate suffice

Hereinafter referred to as the “PURCHASER/S/ALLOTTEE” (Which expression
shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include
its successors-in-interest and permitted assigns).

this is now mentioned...hope that helps

It is there;

Which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its successors-in-interest and permitted assigns

That is clear
