Multiple interim maintenance

Is one have to both interim maintenance in dv and 125 Crpc when petition of the both cases are same.. Is there any judgement against multiple interim maintenance... Basically in calcutta high court or supreme court..

multiple maintinace is not barred but amount of maintenance could not be such that it effect the survival of person who is paying
