how to get stipend

I am general category LLB fresher.can I get stipend? if yes then please give some details to proceed for getting stipend.

The amount of stipend offered to you will depend on your earlier work experience

The Bar Council of India has decided to pay stipend of Rs. 5000/- to new advocates who are suffering in their initial stage of career. The time limit of this stipend is limited to 5 years
