My father recently had got into trou.ble when my father had given blank signed 100 rs stamp paper. which that guy later used for creating some affidavit cum undertaking. we do not know what is written on that since both lawyer and that guy are not giving us copy of that document.
my question is what can be done using such affidavit cum undertaking?
Can he use it to create power of attorny or any document thar can cause any issue with selling property.

Ji, though the document is not registered, that guy may create any problem. However complaint against that guy in local Police Station by consulting a well knowledged criminal lawyer of your area.
