Me & my friend want to get marry. She is already married but don't want to go long with her hubby. Infact, they both are not living together since 1 year.
Her hubby doesn't want to give her divorce and avoiding her on this matter.
Can we be in live-in relationship and stay together ? What could be the implications. ? Can we live life long in Live-In Relationship?
She is legally wedded wife and you cannot call it live in relationsip,it will be adultry,and luckily that is no more an offence in India now as per the Sept.2018 SC Judgment. You can live an adultrious life without any fear of law,and may be her husband divorce her latter on that ground.
