Initial name abbreviation in 10th marksheets.

Hello. Can someone please help me regarding this:-
Is correction required If my and my father's name Both has an abbreviation in our initial name , ONLY in my 10th Documents?

*My 10th mark sheet:-

My name:- MD X
Father's name:- MD Y.


*My 12th /Driving license/Voter ID/Adhar Card/Birth certificate etc:-

My name:- Mohammad X
Father's name:- Mohammad Y.

And in all my father's documents it's written Mohammad Y.


So will it create any problem during document verification in future in college admission/applying govtjobs/visa/passport?I am currently preparing for competitive exams after passing 12th 2 years ago. If yes then what should I do to rectify it ?
