Divorce after 2 month of marriage

Hello ,

A friend of mine is unable to adjust with marriage and its bee only 2 months . Family situations are not good for her and its killing her inside.
So can anyone please lemme know how can she get divorce fast ., and how much time it will take ?

to me, After completion of one year from the date of marriage, she can file divorce petition,

Try to adjust, accommodate and reconcile post-marriage (new/changed) circumstances.

she can file for divorce on the grounds that she is not willing to stay with her husband due to lack of understanding and marriage cannot be continued further by her as she is not at all inclined to continue with the relarionship. However, she will not get any maintainence or alimony but she can get rid of the marriage by filing divorce case in the court and get separated from her husband by leaving the house of husband. Other option is to file mutual consent divorce if the husband agrees. There are many recent judgments which allow divorce even within 15 days where both the parties are not at all willing to stay together. But in your case if the case is filed by her and it is one sided then it might take time. One thing is sure that nobody can force her to live with her husband against her will so she can leave the house anytime she wants.
