In 2016, A woman (My Taiji) filed a fake fight case in district court due to our property disputes and still the hearing is going on but that woman always file fake complaints in police and get us tourchered by policemen every now and then.
So is there a permanent solution in our Indian laws for these fake complaints and tourcher policies.

Certainly there is a law remedy. It is called defamation suit.Defamation (sometimes known as calumny, vilification, libel, slander or traducement) is the oral or written communication of a false statement about another that unjustly harms their reputation and usually constitutes a tort or crime.You can send a legal notice to the person and file such cases in the local civil courts for claim the damages from the person.
