OPTION - 1:
1. Settle amicably, offer lumpsum retirement benefits & gratuity and conclude the matter.
OPTION - 2:
2. Simply terminate his Services stating negligence /ineffiency /others. IF dispute goes to Court, THEN settle amicably, offer lumpsum retirement benefits & gratuity and conclude the matter.
