u/o 6 R 17 of cpc

plaintiff filed an I A u/o 6 R 17 for amendment of plaint court granted the application, but the plaintiff didn't amend the plaint in stipulated time.now the plaintiff filed same application again is it maintainable?

Seek condonation of delay in filing amended plaint, which stands allowed by the court. No need to repeat.

Second application is not maintainable.

Second application on same ground is not maintainable.plaintiff has to seek time to submit amended plaint.
