106 crpc

106 CrPC asks for a bond 'after conviction' for good behavious and peace. Why is bond required on conviction? Isn't the person going to stay in JC?

What are the facts? What is the context?

Raghav Arora   10 March 2021

There are not facts Mr. Venu.

I was just reading CrPC and came about the section and had this doubt. So I asked.

I THINK YOU ARE CHALLENGING THE LAW THAT YOU ARE  VERY SMART THNE LAW MAKER.....PLEASE DONT THINK SO MUCH AND FOLLOW THE LAW

Mr. Avadhesh. It is really strange and discouraging to hear that.

I am a fellow lawyer, and this a point in CrPC that I could not get through and understand. I just want to know its application from my seniors. How is that a challenge to the law? And how do I follow if I have not yet understood it?
