Difference between void and voidable sale deed?

Can any one say difference between void and voidable sale deed?

As per your concerned query!

Nothing is made out as the concept of void and voidable sale deed. The sale deed is treated as a document in a court of law. Thereby, the said question is dealt with as a void and voidable document.

In law, void means no legal effect. An action, document, or transaction which is void and has no legal effect means, it's an absolute nullity.

However, voidable document means, When a document is valid, no question arises of its cancellation but later it discloses the document has been obtained by fraud or by misrepresentation would be a voidable document and not void.
