illness

I got married in 2010 january. The marriage was a tumultous one with my inlaws and husband harassing me daily.

I was comletely depressed.

during my sister's wedding in April 2010 i came to my maternal home.

at this time i visited a psychiatrist for depression.

he diognosed me with schizophrenia. now that i am going back to my matrimonial home in a few days, should i inform

my husband that i am suffering from schizophrenia?

If i don't will he sue me? Will he make the marriage null and void?

I did not suffer from schizophrenia before marriage.

i went through acute depression due to my inlaws and husbands torture.

they abused me with harsh words, for lack of dowry etc. at that time i did not have any illness.

when i went to the psychiatrist for treatment for depression ailment, he diagosed as scizophrenia.

if i conceal it from them when i go back, is it an offense?

if i reveal it, will they say that i suffered it earlier and make t he marriage null and void?

If a person suffers with any such type of illness earler the marriage but not aware of his illnes, after getting married he/she comes to know abt the illness then there is  no ground to seek nullity of marriage on the ground of concealment of vital fact.
