our society whole 12 members have agreed for Redevelopment but there is no soc managing committee ie no general body no chairman sec treasurer since years n years and know can the society go in for Redevelopment agreement with builder without General body present , our society is Registered under our as

Hello,
You have to conduct election and have the managing committee. Without which redevlopment will not be possible. The function of the society shall be performed by managing committee which are required for redevelopment of society.
