Non disclosure agreement is unregistered - valid?

Hello,

I have signed NDA on a stamp paper with my employer. But the document is not registered.

Is unregistered NDA legally valid in India?

Yes, it is valid even if it is unregistered.

If you signed NDA there is no need to register that, you already accepted and agreed to bind yourself by that.
