WE ISSUED BLANK VIJAYA BANK CHEQUE ON 2018, CREDIT ALL CLEARED AND NEFT PROOF IS AVAILABLE FOR THAT. NOW THE FELLOW SEND NOTICE DATED 30-09-2023 USING OLD VIJAYA BANK CHEQUE
Earlier agreement was done by land papers and cheque given as security too agreement cancelled after settlement cheque not given back now he misusing that what is the solution

Reply the notice in detail and say since the cheque was issued towards security for purchasing land but deal/agreement has been cancelled and cheque was not returned and now misusing , return cheque immediately and do not proceed further also withdraw notice immediately .
