If I file memo to High Court for transferring of 2016 matter to Look Adalat with out consent of opposite party what will be the consequences?
Will the matter be reinstated in current status of opposite party don't agree for Lokk Adalat?

If the case is pending before the trail court, you cannot approach high court with any such petition.
For referring the matter before lok adalat, the parties to the suit have to give their consent in writing before the court concerned.
