prolonged injustice and unredressed grievances

Is prolonged injustice and unredressed grievances or a perception of such aspects, the root cause of naxalism or domestic violence and anti-establishment demonstrations?

It is a well know fact.  BUREAUCRATS are testing the patience of the people.  The day is shortly coming when the Bureaucrats cannot walk in public.

If the answer to my query is yes, in the last few years, India has seen a record rise in such anti-government movements, therefore it appears that it is time  for the government to concentrate more on revamping the legal system and improving the quality of justice rendered to citizens.

we have some laws,

CRPC, SEC.482. Saving of inherent powers of High Court. Nothing in this Code shall be deemed to limit or affect the inherent powers of the High Court to make such orders as may be necessary to give effect to any order under this Code, or to prevent abuse of the process of any Court or otherwise to secure the ends of justice.

Similar provision available on CPC also.

COI, ART.142. (1) The Supreme Court in the exercise of its

jurisdiction may pass such decree or make such order as

is necessary for doing complete justice in any cause or

matter pending before it.

The whole judiciary and the judicial system dedicated for  ..... ' to secure the ends of justice' ......... to....'doing complete justice'.

BUT IN INDIA, 'JUST' IS THE MOST NEGLECTED THING.

Thank you all gentlemen for your responses. It is time government concentrates more on research and analysis of  the root-cause of violence, naxalism, terrorism and other anti-national and anti-government movements and aim at eradicating the root-cause rather than treating the side-effects.
