Hello Everyone, I'm buying an existing school that is registered under a Society Act. I'm an individual investing all the money into the school, so...what is the best way to do the deal? Can I register a Trust with two members and convert the school from the Society to Trust? I mean, can we do it like the existing Society dissolves and handovers it to the New Trust that I register? Or do I have to register a similar kind of a society to get this done? Please advice me at the earliest as the deal is in process! Thank you very much!
