Conveyance deed

Our Builder has not transfered the Land ownership to the society which has been formed over 10 years.  We have decided to apply  for Deemed to be Conveyed with competent authroity.  We also plan to file a Civil Suite & a complaint with Consumer Court simultenously to get our matter settled soon & bring the pressure on Builder to pass the Conveyance in favour of the Society.

Is this Strategy is alright are there any chances to complicate the matter.  We shall be grateful if any learned council will give his/her opinion on this matter.

Thanks

Nagesh Narayan

Dear nagesh it is best option to file a criminal complaint on builder under section 11 of MOFA 1963. There is three year imprisonment and five year ban to construct any building in India. For detail 9870497879
